Hypertension is clinically high blood pressure. I can understand your problem but you need to understand that there is no way to get rid of scars naturally. And medical therapy is of very little help in established cases of scars. You have to consult your nearby reputed dermatologist for laser therapy, peels or any other procedure he/ she considers suitable for your skin type.
