How Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid works
Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol , Zinc and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Zinc is a nutritional supplment which speeds up the healing of skin lesions. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine. It breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.
Common side effects of Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid
