Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Famotidine is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac , Paracetamol , and Famotidine which relieve pain and fever. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
