Mosapride + Simethicone

Mosapride+Simethicone is used in the treatment of constipation and bloating.

Mosapride + Simethicone is a combination of two medicines: Mosapride and simethicone which relieve symptoms of constipation. Mosapride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
