Alneed Tablet

ALNEED TABLET contains Ferrous Sulphate, Folic Acid, Vitamin-B1, B2, B6, Nicotinamide and Ascorbic Acid. Alneed is a special preparation of Iron, Folic acid, B-Vitamins and Vitamin-C. Iron helps red blood cells deliver oxygen from the lungs to cells all over the body. Once the oxygen is delivered, iron then helps red blood cells carry carbon dioxide waste back to the lungs to be exhaled. Iron also plays a role in many important chemical reactions in the body. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
Alneed is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of Iron, Folic acid, B-Vitamins and Vitamin-C deficiency. It is also used in:-
Iron deficiency anemia,
Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron
Iron deficiency anaemia and nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation.
 Directions of use
One capsule daily. In more severe cases, 2 capsules a day may be required or as directed by the physician.
