Directions for Use
- Insert the batteries
- Press and hold the start/stop button for 5 seconds
- Use M1 or M2 to set time, hour and date format and confirm with the start/stop button
- Sit straight and wear the cuff on your left hand
- Place the cuff 2 cm above the elbow
- The cuff must be at the level of your heart, and 2 fingers should fit in the cauff
- Press start/ stop to measure the blood pressure
