I use it for loose motion as I have slight constipation issues when eating certain foods But be mindful while using use only less than a tablespoon. Drink plenty of water, as the castor oil sucks a large amount of water and pumps to stool, so you can get dehydrated But drinking some excess water after castor oil can solve this issue. This oil purified the digestive system and cures many health issues But do not use it more than once a week, otherwise your body start depending on castor oil for stool motion This is the only product I found which is unadulterated, hence giving 5 ratin
