Directions for use:
- To measure your blood pressure with Easy Care Digital BP monitor, you should sit with your back straight and also make sure that your feet are flat on the floor without crossing your legs.
- Keep your arm at the level of your heart.
- Tie the cuff directly on the eye of the crook of the elbow, preferably on your left hand.
- Inflate the cuff by turning on the machine using the start button on the monitor.
- The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate and display your BP levels along with your pulse rate.
- You can go back and check up to 90 records of you or your partner.
