Information about Ferich Tablet
Ferich tablet contains Sodium Feredetate (Iron), Vitamin B12, and Folic acid. Ferich tablets are used for the prevention and treatment of low iron levels in the body. It plays a major role in metabolic processes in the body by facilitating the production of red blood cells, which carry oxygen.
Ferich tablet also contains Vitamin B12 and folic acid, which helps in maintaining the overall metabolic capacity and proper functioning of the body.
Vitamin B12 contributes towards increases red cell formation, as well as nucleoprotein and myelin synthesis. Absence of folate acid prevents it from functioning properly. Together these three agents helps in addressing iron-deficiency anemia, which might happen due to improper diet, increased nutritional needs during pregnancy and prolonged illnesses.
