Gelusil MPS Original liquid is a therapeutic digestive medication containing a balanced mix of ingredients that are widely used as an antacid, providing quick relief from acidity, heartburn and gas.

- Sorbitol Solution 70% (Non-Crystalizing) I.P.
- The Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid
- Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas
- Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid
- It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated
- For immediate effect, consume 1-2 teaspoonful of Gelusil liquid after meals
