Go Champs Shoulder Support Neoprene Special is designed to help prevent injuries and to support the shoulder in overhead throwing movements of sports. It may speed up the recovery and allow the athlete to gradually return to the sports after shoulder injuries. It has an adjustable elastic offering custom fit and making it comfortable to wear for long hours. The product is compatible with both the right and left shoulder.

Uses: Ideal protection against shoulder pain and rotator cuff tear/rupture.

• Size Determination: Measure the circumference of the chest. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size

Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Place the Shoulder Support, on the shoulder, as shown in the label

• Step 2: Secure the arm strap, as shown

• Step 3: Place the elastic with hook & loop fastener, in front, as shown in the label

• Step 4: Place the elastic with hook & loop fastener, in the back, as shown in the label

• Step 5: Adjust the strap of elastic, as required for a comfortable fit

Safety Information:

• Avoid use with fractures, cuts, or skin conditions

• Stop use if discomfort or abnormalities occur

• Wash separately using a laundry net; hang to dry

• Attach hook-and-loop fasteners before washing
