• Size Determination: Measure the circumference of the forearm at its widest point without any tension. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size

• Inbuilt soft EVA pad offers precise compression to the target area and helps reduce stress

Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Unfasten the hook and loop fasteners and slide them through forearm, as shown in the label

• Step 2: Place the elbow pad 4 to 5 cm towards the wrist, below the area where the pain is being felt

• Step 3: Pass the strap through the D-ring, as shown in the label

• Step 4: Secure the strap by adhering to hook and loop fasteners

Safety Information:

• Avoid use with fractures, cuts, or skin conditions

• Stop use if discomfort or abnormalities occur

• Wash separately using a laundry net; hang to dry

• Attach hook-and-loop fasteners before washing
