Ayurveda it works but we can see the effects gradually advise excise daily least for 45 mins to see the better result. I am consuming it since April 2022 once in a day and really its helpful alongwith excercise. Brownie point: no side effects like Allopaths as I had consumed Alloepathy for 10 months and the result one by one health issues increased like sugar in border line, kidney stones obesity increased then doctor suggested me to increase the dosage and I did however side effects increased and hair fall as well Hence, I stopped and started with thyrogrit results is awesome.
