To change the measurement from Celsius to Fahrenheit, or vice-versa, first switch off the thermometer and switch it back on. Press the black button for 10-12 seconds, it will give two options to select from. Select C(Celsius) or F (Fahrenheit) and press the black button one more time and it will be set to the desired measurement scale
