Used for flatulence and affections of the tongue. Sense of enlargement.
 
Also used for gout.
 
Head feels much enlarged. As if he could not get himself together.
 
Persistent sensation of choking in mouth. Spasmodic stricture of esophagus. Constricted sensation on swallowing solid food. Tongue feels swollen, fills whole mouth.
 
Hiccough, on slightest provocation.
 
Flatulence colic, nervous distention of bowels. Urine smells like cat’s urine. Spasmodic cholera.
 
Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.

Precautions
 
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
