Directions For Use:
- Take 2-3 capsules with 300-500 gm of curd/buttermilk( lassi ) only on an empty stomach only in the morning
- Dont eat anything for 1-2 hours post medicines
- Sugar can be added to the curd/ butter milk
- Do not add salt or jeera
- Dont eat anything for atleast 1-2 hours after taking medicine
- Take it as directed by a physician
- Lassi* - is made by grinding curd without water. sugar can be added as per the taste
