Directions For Use:
- Take 2-4 capsules with 300-500 gm of curd/butter milk (lassi*) only on an empty stomach only in the morning
- Take 11 capsule at night with water
- Only sugar can be added to the curd/ buttermilk
- No salt or jeera
- Don't eat anything for at least 1-2 hours after taking medicine
- Take it as directed by a physician
- Lassi*:- is made by grinding curd without water
- Chaas*:- is half water and half curd mixed together with salt and species
