ANTACIDS ANTIFLATULENTS AND CARMINATIVES
These are a group of medicines used to treat heartburn, acidity or indigestion, and stomach ulcers. They work by neutralizing excessive acid in the stomach. Some of these medicines also help relieve discomfort and pain caused by excessive gas in the stomach in conditions such as flatulence. They may be used alone or in combination with other medicines.
