Take Aceflip Cold Tablet in the dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor. It may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly as long as it is required to get maximum benefits. Keep taking the medicine even if your symptoms disappear until you complete the dose. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly unless the doctor tells you it is alright to stop.

Use of this medicine may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, and restlessness in some people. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you. How Aceflip Tablet works

Aceflip Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines : Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine, that helps treat common cold symptoms. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant which decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.
