How Arispas Tablet works

Arispas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness). Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone are anticholinergics. They work by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the digestive tract, urinary tract and other organs.
