Bengia Forte Capsule is a combination of vitamin and mineral supplements. Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that protects the brain and nerves from harmful free radicals. It lowers bad cholesterol and breaks down carbohydrates to make energy. Benfotiamine treats vitamin B1 deficiency and resulting nerve damage. Inositol helps reduce blood glucose levels by improving insulin sensitivity. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping treat certain anemias and nerve problems. Pyridoxine treats or prevents deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves the functioning of the nervous and immune systems.
