Eczema
Eczema is a condition in which patches of skin swells and becomes dry, itchy, rough and red. Betsalic MF Gel moisturizes the skin and helps reduce dryness and itchiness. It also reduces swelling and redness at the affected area. Apply Betsalic MF Gel 1-2 times a day or as prescribed by your doctor. You might see an improvement in your skin after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment.

Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches which are itchy and painful. Applying Betsalic MF Gel helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It also moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Betsalic MF Gel. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.

How Betsalic MF Gel works

Betsalic MF Gel is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid and Urea which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid and Urea are keratolytic medicines which break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells and soften the skin. They also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.

Quick tips

Betsalic MF Gel is used to treat the redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort of various skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Apply to the affected areas as a thin film two or three times daily, or as advised by your doctor.
Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
After you have applied Betsalic MF Gel, remember to wash your hands (unless your hands are the treated area).
Use a mild moisturizer regularly to overcome the skin dryness during the course of treatment.
Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after 2 weeks of treatment.
