Cinarzyl Tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor, preferably at the same time each day. Treatment of Vertigo
Vertigo means a spinning sensation or dizziness that is triggered due to frequent movement. It can happen due to many reasons but it may also occur without any underlying disease. Cinarzyl Tablet helps treat this sensation effectively. If you feel dizzy while getting up from the bed, sit for a while, and then rise slowly to avoid having an accidental fall.

Treatment of Meniere's disease
Cinarzyl Tablet helps in improving blood flow to the inner ear which reduces the pressure of excess fluid there. It is this pressure that is thought to cause the symptoms of nausea, vertigo (dizziness), tinnitus (ringing in your ears), and hearing loss in people who have Meniere’s disease. Cinarzyl Tablet makes the symptoms milder and reduces the number of times you get the symptoms. It will be more effective if you take this medicine regularly as prescribed so try not to miss doses. It may take a couple of weeks before you notice any improvements but keep taking it, even if you do feel better, until your doctor advises it is safe to stop.

Two tablets of Cinarzyl Tablet can be given two hours before the travel to prevent motion sickness in adults, elderly, and children over 12 years. If necessary, one tablet every eight hours during the journey can be given. However, children between 5 and 12 years can take one tablet two hours before travel. An additional half a tablet every eight hours during the journey can also be given when required.

Does Cinarzyl Tablet cause Parkinson’s disease?

Cinarzyl Tablet can aggravate motor function in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Use of Cinarzyl Tablet should be avoided in these patients. Although, this effect is reversible but may last for several days. It may also induce a parkinsonian syndrome in relatively old patients and therefore should be used with caution.

What are the symptoms of an overdose of Cinarzyl Tablet?

An overdose of Cinarzyl Tablet can cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, upset tummy, tremors, uncontrollable muscle spasms, muscle weakness or reduced muscle strength, drowsiness, or reduced consciousness. Young children may also experience seizures. If you accidentally take too many tablets or if a young child takes this medicine by accident, inform your doctor and seek immediate medical help.

Can Cinarzyl Tablet be taken long term?

No, Cinarzyl Tablet should not be taken for long term due to its potential side effects. It is mainly used for long term in older patients associated with vertigo. Using it without the doctor's supervision can put them at an unacceptable risk of extrapyramidal adverse effects. Such side effects may include Parkinsonism, which may be irreversible.
