How Clomeva NC Tablet works
Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Clomiphene, Coenzyme Q10 and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility. Clomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Clomiphene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus).

Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

It is ideal to have sex after 5-10 days of taking Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet. However, your doctor may examine you regularly during the treatment and suggest you the best possible days.
Your treatment with Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet may be repeated by the doctor until you get pregnant. However, the treatment can be repeated only for up to 4 menstrual cycles.
The most common side effects associated with Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet are hot flushes (red and warm face), stomach discomfort, and breast pain. Most of these symptoms are temporary. However, if they persist, check with your doctor as soon as possible.
