Dear PATIENT from 1mg. Your reports suggest the following things: 1. Your blood cholesterol levels are high, for this you should make healthy diet and lifestyle related changes like have a diet rich in more vegetables, fruits. Avoid fried fatty and processed foods. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days in a week. Your vitamin D level is also low, for this you can take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks. Please consult a doctor if you have side effects of cilacar.

I have increased my BP level due to hypertension. I have taken medications cilacar t, ctd 12.5 & rosave f10. After one month my level became normal. Again when i stopped medications it increased. Pl. Suggest.
Hypertension is clinically high blood pressure. Persistent high arterial blood pressure above 120/80 mm HG is termed as pre-hypertension or hypertension, but the point to be emphasized is that this rise in blood pressure is persistent. Transient increase in BP occurs in stress and anxiety and needs to be treated accordingly.
