Fenlong S Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.
Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and loss of appetite. If you experience any such side effects that does not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.

How to use Fenlong S Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fenlong S Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Fenlong S Tablet works
Fenlong S Tablet is a combination of three medicines. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Famotidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relieving stomach acid, indigestion, and heartburn. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that works by breaking down the chemical messengers involved in pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Quick tips
- Fenlong S Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions.
- It should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
- Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
- Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
- If you have asthma, symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness might become worse by Fenlong S Tablet. If this happens to you, consult your doctor immediately.
