Ferrin 20mg Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. You may take it with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. It may cause side effects like dizziness, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), headache, nausea, and vomiting. You must report to doctor if these effects bother you or your condition does not improve.
