Finpecia Tablet is to be taken by mouth with or without food. The dose and duration of the medicine should be taken as per prescription. An overdose of it may cause harm to your health. I can understand your problem but as you are suffering from hormone mediated hair loss what we call androgenetic alopecia in medical terms, you need to understand that there is no permanent solution to this condition. you can apply Minoxidil 5% lotion 1 ml twice daily over dry scalp for 3 months. You have to apply Minoxidil for long period of time for new hair and also continue it as long as you wish for hairs.
