Glipwin D 10mg/100mg Tablet can be taken with or without food at any time of day but try to take it at the same time every day. The dose will be decided by your doctor, and don’t stop taking it without consulting them. The most common side effects of Glipwin D 10mg/100mg Tablet include urinary tract infection, nasal congestion, sore throat, and upper respiratory tract infection. Sitagliptin reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver by raising insulin levels and decreasing the levels of glucagon (the hormone that increases blood glucose level).

Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience hypoglycemia symptoms such as cold sweats, cool pale skin, tremor and anxiety.
Inform your doctor immediately if you experience constant dizziness, joint pain, cold-like symptoms or unexplained nausea/vomiting.
