Blow your nose gently before using it, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other, and then sniff hard to make sure it reaches deep into the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.

How to use Isomet-M Nasal Spray

Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

Isomet-M Nasal Spray is used to relieve symptoms that may occur with hay fever or other allergies, including stuffiness (congestion) in the nose, discharge, itching and sneezing.
If you forget a dose of Isomet-M Nasal Spray, use it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, use it in the regular schedule instead of taking the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
Isomet-M Nasal Spray is neither an antifungal nor an antibiotic. It is a corticosteroid which is used to reduce inflammation (redness, swelling) in various conditions.
Isomet-M Nasal Spray is effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not stop using it even if you see improvement in your condition. If you stop using Isomet-M Nasal Spray too early, the symptoms may return or worsen.
You should use Isomet-M Nasal Spray as advised by your doctor, especially in children. Using more than the prescribed dose or even extending the duration of treatment may cause hormonal imbalance in your child.
