Uses of Meloset Tablet

Benefits of Meloset Tablet

Treatment of Insomnia
Meloset Tablet helps treat insomnia (difficulty falling or staying asleep) in people who have problems related to their sleeping habits. Insomnia may cause you to wake up earlier than usual and you may find it difficult to go back to sleep. It works by slowing down the abnormal activity of nerves in the brain to allow sleep. It also improves the sleep-wake cycle and restores it to normal. This helps you relax, feel calm, and more energetic. It also helps you concentrate better and improves your quality of life.
Treatment of Jet lag
Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that can affect those who travel quickly across multiple time zones. As a result, people may have symptoms like daytime sleeping, irritability, lack of concentration, headache, tiredness, and indigestion. Meloset Tablet helps you relax, restores the sleep-wake cycle, and effectively treats these symptoms. This improves your mood and helps you live comfortably. Take it as advised by the doctor to get maximum benefit.

How Meloset Tablet works

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body that synchronizes the body’s biological day-and-night rhythm. The biological rhythm can be disturbed by travelling across time zones. This is known as jetlag. The symptoms and their severity vary between individuals, but are generally worse and last longer the more time zones are crossed. Meloset Tablet can help restore the normal day-and-night rhythm and reduce the symptoms.
