It also enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.

How Moxene Tablet works

Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Bromhexine enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxycillin.
