Mybone Tablet

Mybone Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

It may cause constipation and upset stomach in some people. If you experience any such symptoms on taking the medicine, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent the side effects. Mybone Tablet is a combination of two nutritional supplements: Calcium and Vitamin D3. Calcium is added as a dietary supplement when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food.
