Myofenac Pro Oil gives fast relief from pain and swelling in conditions like arthritis, muscle and back ache by creating a cooling-warming effect. It works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. These feelings on the skin distract you from feeling the pain. Myofenac Pro Oil work best if they are used as the first signs of pain occur. Apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times a day and rub in gently and thoroughly.

How to use Myofenac Pro Oil

This is for external use only. Apply and massage the oil in a circular motion using your fingertips so that it is absorbed into the skin.

How Myofenac Pro Oil works

Diclofenac diethylamine and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Oleum lini contains essential fatty acids which further reduce swelling and improves blood circulation. Menthol produces a cooling effect on the skin. Menthol dilates the blood vessels causing a sensation of coldness, followed by an analgesic effect. Menthol also acts as a penetration enhancer, increasing the penetration of drugs when applied on the skin, to give a faster onset of action.

  • Myofenac Pro Oil is prescribed to get relief from pain.
  • Apply 2-3 times daily or as prescribed by the doctor.
  • Do not apply to large areas of skin or near sensitive areas such as private parts or on broken or injured skin.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose and rinse thoroughly in case of accidental contact or seek medical help in case of swallowing.
  • Avoid applying Myofenac Pro Oil right after bathing or shaving. Using this medication on freshly shaved skin areas can cause severe skin irritation.
  • Consult your doctor if you get excessive skin irritation or other unwanted effects.
