Myonorm D Sachet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

Myonorm D Sachet is generally safe with loittle or no side effects. However, it may cause constipation in some people. How Myonorm D Granules works

Myonorm D Sachet is a combination of three medicines : Vitamin D3, Myo-Inositol, and D-Chiro Inositol. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food. Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol are nutritional supplements that improve insulin utilization as well as preserve and protect the brain and other body tissues from the damage of free radicals.

Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Myonorm D Sachet as they may make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
