Eat a diet rich in folic acid like green leafy vegetables, fruits. Have lots of dairy products like milk, curd, cheese etc. Your vitamin D level is also low, you should expose yourself to at least 10 minutes of sunlight everyday since sunlight is a great source of vitamin D. You should also consult a Internal medicine doctor.
