Nicerbium Tablet

Nicerbium Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food preferably at night. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body. You should finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. You should continue to take this medicine for as long as the doctor advises and do not stop taking it suddenly as it may result in worsening of headaches.

Side effects associated with the use of this medicine includes fatigue, nausea, hot flushes, and muscle pain. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to treat or prevent the side effects. Nicerbium Tablet may also cause dizziness, so do not drive, operate machinery, until you know how this medicine affects you.

• Some tips that may help avoid a migraine attack:
  • Have your meals at the same time everyday
  • Avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures
  • Avoid loud music and noisy places
  • Avoid chocolates,  cheese, processed food, alcohol and smoking
  • Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress
• It should be taken at night-time before going to bed.
• It may cause sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how Nicerbium Tablet affects you.
• Do not stop taking the medication suddenly as it can cause worsening of headaches.
