Off-Bit Eye/Ear Drops is to be used only in the affected eye or ear. Read the label carefully for instruction before you use the medicine. Use it in the exact dose and duration as advised by the doctor or as instructed in the label. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Complete your dose even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may bring back the infection.

Use of this medicine may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.

Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. Off-Bit Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Ofloxacin. Betamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye/ear red, swollen and itchy. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your eye/ear infection.

I have left ear problem. I am not able to listen any thing by left ear. I have very high tinnitus. Is is sudden however in childhood my capability to listen was little bit decreased due to a child fight. At that time in eardrum one hole was happed but at not hole was self fixed. Plz guide as one doctor said that I will not be able to listen in future from left ear as I have s n loss. I have attached audiometric report .
