P Sure M Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

It is generally safe medicine with little or no side effects. However, it may cause nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and insomnia in some people. If you experience any other symptoms which you think is caused by the medicine, let your doctor know.

It is important to let your doctor know if you have any preexisting medical conditions or if you are taking any other medications. This will ensure your safety to use this medicine. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.

How P Sure-M Tablet works

Inositol works by relaxing the blood vessels and improving blood flow to the legs, toes and fingers, thereby relieving pain.

Do not use inositol if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to inositol or any other ingredients in formulation
Avoid using inositol if you recently had a heart attack or stroke, or chest pain or have been told that you have reduced blood supply to the brain
Do not use inositol if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
