Product introduction

Polysin Ultra Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.

The common side effects of this medicine include stinging, itching, irritation and blurred vision. If these side effects persist for a longer duration, please consult your doctor. In case by accident, this medicine goes into your ears, nose or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are allergic to this medicine or taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery after use of this medicine in case you experience symptoms that can affect your ability to drive.

This gives relief from burning sensation and discomfort due to dryness of the eyes. If you wear soft contact lenses, you should remove them before applying Polysin Ultra Eye Drop.

How to use Polysin Ultra Ophthalmic Solution

How Polysin Ultra Ophthalmic Solution works

Polysin Ultra Eye Drop is a combination of two lubricating medicines: Polyethylene Glycol (Eye Drop) and Propylene Glycol which treat dry eyes. They work similar to natural tears and provide temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.

Quick tips

  • Your doctor has prescribed Polysin Ultra Eye Drop to reduce dryness in the eyes.
  • To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
  • Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
  • Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
  • Try to keep your environment less dry by reducing excessive use of room heaters or using a humidifier.
  • Wear glasses or sunglasses to protect your eyes from wind and dust when out in a hot, dry climate.
  • Rest your eyes by taking regular breaks if you spend long periods in front of a screen.
