Pronate F Tablet should be taken on empty stomach, but try to have it same time regularly at a fixed time preferably at night. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Lifestyle modifications like avoiding stress, smoking, and processed food items may help this medicine work better.

It may cause sleepiness so try not to drive or do anything that requires mental focus or rise slowly while from sitting position. Pronate F Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine, which prevents migraine. Propranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation).
