Red-Mia Tablet is taken orally with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time to avoid missing a dose.

Red-Mia Tablet is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Iron replenishes the iron stores in the body and corrects iron deficiency anemia. Zinc is needed for the body's immune system to work properly. It plays a role in growth, wound healing, and maintaining gut health. Zinc is also needed for the senses of taste and smell. Folic acid is essential for production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. When taken by pregnant women, Folic acid prevents miscarriage, preterm labor, and neural tube defects in infants. Vitamin B12 corrects vitamin B12 deficiency thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems.

- Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Red-Mia Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
- Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders.
- Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
- Along with taking Red-Mia Tablet, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.
