Hypertension is clinal condition of high blood pressure. Please see a physician.

Based on the recent blood test, I have higher values in total cholesterol and shot, shot, got. Please find my report attached. Kindly advise how do Iower these values. I'm non alcoholic and I don't smoke. I had a similar report a year back and then when I visited the gastrologist, he preferred to take insulin test and then suggested to take capsule EVION 400 and this helped to reduce my sgpt, sgot values. The capsule was consumed for 30 days after which I stopped. Please advise if I need to continue taking the capsule? There was a typo in the 3rd line. It is sgpt, sgot, ggt.
