Salivary Spray

Salivary Spray should be used in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. You should not stop taking the medicine without consulting the doctor as it may lead to the worsening of your symptoms. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy of the medicine.

Salivary Spray is generally safe to use and has minimal or no side effects. Before using it, inform your doctor if you are on any medication for any other health condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, tell your doctor prior to the treatment. People with liver or kidney disease must be cautious while receiving the prescription and they must receive regular follow-ups as per the doctor’s advice.

Hold the container with the extension tube aimed at the area of application. To spray, press the button. Allow a 2 second gap between two consecutive sprays. Use it as advised by your doctor or also check the label for directions before use. Salivary Spray may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Salivary Spray is a combination of seven medicines. Carboxymethylcellulose increases the viscosity of the saliva that helps to lubricate the mouth. Sorbitol is an artificial sweetener that is added to enhance the taste of Salivary Spray. Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride and Potassium dihydrogen phosphate are minerals, they protect and strengthen the teeth and gums.
