Sanocet-TP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Tolperisone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol are pain relievers. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve movement of muscles.
