This medicine does not stop an asthma attack that has already started, but prevents its symptoms, such as tightness in your chest, wheezing, breathlessness, and coughing. This allows you to carry out your daily activities more easily and confidently. Keep taking it regularly as prescribed even if you do not have any symptoms, as it may take a few weeks for this medicine to show full effects. Stopping it abruptly may bring back the symptoms.

Dry scaling Psoriasis (10 years); asthma 3 years.; obesity I have been on folitrax 7.5 mg x 2 once a week for the last 8 years. I also take folvite 50 daily. The breathing difficulty is recent. I am on seroflo inhaler twice a day and tiate once a day. There is no change in the psoriasis but the asthma is getting worse.
