Tongue,cheek and mouth ulcers since 17 days not completely healing. Getting new ulcers again n again.
Sir I have oral ulcers on palate .I m taking Vit B complex capsules but not relived by it also applying lignocaine gel to ulcers but ulcers not healing please help me sir tell me treatment
