Telmed-AZ 40 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at a fixed time each day to get maximum benefits from it. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
The most common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, headache, nausea, and numbness. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and blood glucose level while taking this medicine.
