Tenz-Cal Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

It is generally safe medicine with little or no side effects. However, if you experience side effects which you think is caused by the medicine, let your doctor know. Tenz-Cal Tablet is a combination of four medicines : Calcium citrate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Calcitriol, and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. Calcium citrate is a water-soluble calcium supplement. It increases the plasma calcium levels. Magnesium Hydroxide is an antacid that neutralizes the excessive acid in the stomach. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate is a nutritional supplement that provides essential nutrients to our body and improves overall health. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food.
