Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.

My both hands, palms are affected. During washing hands with cold water, itching starts. Colour also changed. This continues since last more than 10 years. I consulted several skin specialists and undergone treatment. But no cure. Currently I am using Tezcort 3S and 6S. Common advise is problem is due to allergy to soaps, shampoos etc. but not fully acceptable.
